Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions of use of aichamon (the “Service”) provided by LeapShark Inc. (the “Company”). Users shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)

Registration for the Service shall be completed when a person who wishes to register agrees to these Terms, applies for user registration in the manner prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves such application.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of servers or networks of the Company, other users, or third parties
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
• Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
• Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Acts of impersonating other users
• Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if the Company determines that any of the following reasons exist.

Article 5 (Usage Restrictions and Registration Deletion)

The Company may, without prior notice, restrict the use of all or part of the Service by users or delete their registration as users if users fall under any of the following categories.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee, either explicitly or implicitly, that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects, errors, bugs, rights infringement, etc. related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc.).

Article 7 (Changes to Service Content)

The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notice to users, and shall not be liable for any damage caused to users thereby.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to users when the Company deems it necessary. If a user begins using the Service after changes to these Terms, such user shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Japanese law shall be the governing law in interpreting these Terms. In the event of disputes concerning the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
